The house that jack built, Llanberis
This is a mint little house for 2 – 4 people, in the perfect location for our courses. It was lovingly restored by a friend of ours… Jack. It really is nice but often booked up.

Campsites
In truth, good campsites are hard to come by. By good, the key criteria for us are clean toilets, hot showers, stunning views, and the chance to sit around your own fire. These two fit the bill, they’re the ace;
Llyn Gwynant campsite
The Gwynant campsite lies to the south of Snowdon, at the head of a beautiful glacial valley. It’s practical for the Pyg and Miners’ tracks, and also the Watkin Path. You must pop your head into the Gwynant Café at the end of the lake too- best cakes around! You can also hire canoes to go on the lake, and there’s even a mobile pizza oven at the weekend. Winner!
